mcT Alimentare 2027
mcT Alimentare is the conference and exhibition on technology for the food and beverage industry run by EIOM (Ente Italiano Organizzazione Mostre). It is held in conjunction with mcTER EXPO at Veronafiere, sharing the show with SAVE Verona (automation, instrumentation, sensors, industrial software, Industry 4.0 and AI for Industry), MCMA Verona (industrial maintenance and asset management), Fiera Idrogeno (the entire industrial hydrogen chain), SAVE Building and AI for Industry.
The food-sector programme combines an exhibition area with vertical conferences, workshops and round tables covering processing and packaging technologies, plant efficiency, energy management, industrial safety, traceability, water treatment, emissions control, industrial waste and laboratory analysis, with a dedicated focus on the food and beverage industry.
The next Verona edition is scheduled for 13-14 October 2027 at Veronafiere, Padiglione 4, Viale del Lavoro 8, Verona. The organiser's official calendar confirms the Veronafiere circuit for the 2027 edition, and the official mcT Alimentare site now carries the mcTER EXPO 2027 programme with the food and beverage focus area. The previous edition took place on 7-8 October 2026. Opening hours for the 2027 edition have not yet been published. Admission is free for qualified industry professionals on pre-registration.
