CAMEX 2027 — Campus Market Expo is the annual educational conference and buying expo of the National Association of College Stores (NACS) and campus retailing's largest trade event in North America.

  • Dates: March 4-8, 2027 (Thursday-Monday)
  • Venue: Kansas City Convention Center (Bartle Hall), 301 W 13th Street, Kansas City, MO 64105, United States
  • Trade show floor: Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Educational sessions: Thursday, March 4; Sunday, March 7 - Monday, March 8
  • Exhibitor move-in: Wed 3/3, 1:00-5:00 p.m. & Thu 3/4, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; move-out: Sat 3/6 after 5:00 p.m. & Sun 3/7, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Who attends: campus store and collegiate retail professionals from the U.S., Canada and international universities - buyers from all 50 states, D.C. and beyond. The show floor covers collegiate apparel and imprinted merchandise, gifts, technology and electronics, school and office supplies, graduation products, and services for students, faculty, parents and alumni.

Registration: Trade Show Only is free (both trade show days plus pre-conference educational sessions through Saturday); Full Conference & Trade Show is US$359 for NACS members / US$649 for nonmembers; guest registration US$150. Cancellations must be submitted by January 26, 2027. NACS Foundation grants are available (applications due October 30, 2026).
