Official show outline names this edition JFEX SUMMER. The winter counterpart is JFEX WINTER (11–13 November 2026). November 2026 holds only “JAPAN'S FOOD” EXPORT FAIR and JFEX.

- JFEX FOOD — processed food such as frozen food, retort-packaged food, confectionery, beverage, agricultural/seafood product, food ingredient/additive
- JFEX WINE & SPIRITS — wine, beer, whisky, liqueur, Japanese sake and other drinks
- JFEX PREMIUM — luxury and high-end foods and drink, including dairy products and meat
- JFEX FRESH — fresh agricultural, marine and livestock products including meat
Meat and dairy appear as product categories within PREMIUM/FRESH rather than as a separate show name.
