The ILTA Conference & Trade Show is the annual international operating conference and exhibition of the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA), the trade association for the liquid terminal industry.

The programme combines an operating conference with a trade show. Conference sessions cover terminal operations, environment, health and safety, security, government affairs, leadership, engineering and human resources. On the show floor, suppliers of tanks, pumps, metering and automation, loading systems, vapour recovery and terminal services exhibit. About 4,500 industry professionals attend.
Key deadlines: the call for conference proposals closes October 28, 2026; registration opens November 30, 2026. Exhibitor applications are handled by ILTA's sales partner, The Wyman Company.
