HealthTac Food & Beverage 2026
HEALTHTAC Food & Beverage is a two-plus day hosted idea exchange for decision-makers in the aging services community and the suppliers who furnish, run and elevate the dining experience for residents. The programme combines thought-provoking keynote and panel sessions with structured one-to-one meetings between operators and vendor partners, plus networking meals and evening receptions.
Attendees are senior living operators, culinary and dining services leaders, and procurement executives; solution providers cover foodservice equipment, ingredients, menu technology, tabletop, and dining operations services. Participation is by application for both attendees and suppliers, with the organisers arranging the meeting schedule in advance.
The 2026 edition takes place December 13-15, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort in Bonita Springs, Florida. Registration and participation enquiries are handled through the organiser's website.
