IPSA

IPSA (International Exhibition for Promotional Products and Advertising Technologies) is the principal Russian trade show for branded merchandise, corporate gifts, print technologies and advertising equipment. The organiser ExpoVisionRus presents the 42nd edition on 26-27 August 2027 at Crocus Expo, Pavilion 1, Hall 4, Moscow (Krasnogorsk campus, Mezhdunarodnaya Street).

Show hours (official site): 26 August 2027, 10:00-18:00; 27 August 2027, 10:00-17:00.

The two-day programme brings together 400+ exhibitors and 8,000+ visitors, including corporate buyers, distributors, advertising agencies and marketing departments from across Russia and abroad. Exhibition sections include IPSA.PROMO (branded goods and workwear), IPSA.TECH (print equipment), IPSA.PRINT, IPSA.GIFT, IPSA.FEST, IPSA.LED and IPSA.CRAFT.

Visitor admission is free with pre-registration. The official English site states that the Russian promotional items market reached USD 824 million in 2025.
