Waimate Strawberry Fare 2026

The Waimate Strawberry Fare celebrates the strawberry-growing heritage of the Waimate District. Held on the second Saturday of December each year, it is one of the largest annual regional events in New Zealand.

Location: Two parks in the centre of Waimate, New Zealand
Highlights: 280+ stalls, upmarket shopping, food, family entertainment, and of course Waimate strawberries
