SIAL Paris 2028

SIAL Paris is the world's largest food innovation exhibition, held every two years in even-numbered years since 1964. "Inspire Food Business" is the show's official slogan, which is how this record was originally registered.

In 2028 the show expands across two complementary Viparis sites to support the growth of the sector and enrich the visitor experience. Both sites are served by public transport, notably the RER B line, and by road from Paris and its airports. Badge registration for the 2028 edition opens soon.

Previous edition

The 2026 edition took place 17-21 October 2026 at Paris Nord Villepinte, with around 8,000 exhibitors from 130 countries, 400,000 products on display and 650 startups across 10 key sectors. Its programme included SIAL Innovation, SIAL Summits, SIAL StrEat Lab and SIAL Bakery.

Daily opening hours for 2028 have not yet been published by the organiser.
