About the week

Each year CFED brings first-response teams together for an immersive week of learning, networking, and skill-building. Programming spans fire operations, EMS innovation, emergency communications, and disaster readiness, with continuing education for people who will apply it as soon as they return to duty.

The program also includes competitive events, live demonstrations, and an expo hall of tools and technology. Official copy describes CFED as more than a conference: a chance to enhance skills, connect with peers across the state, and prepare for the future of emergency response.
