Scotland's Housing Festival is the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Scotland flagship conference and the largest housing event in Scotland. Organised by CIH Scotland, it returns to SEC Glasgow on 2–3 March 2027 at Exhibition Way, Glasgow G3 8YW.

Over two days the festival brings housing professionals, politicians, residents and partners together for frank debate about the challenges facing Scottish housing now and in the years ahead. The programme addresses how Scotland can build the homes it needs, keep residents safe, improve living conditions and communities, and support workforce skills and professionalism across the sector.

Delegates can expect keynote and panel sessions, practical workshops, networking, and voices from front-line staff through to ministers. CIH members attend free; non-member delegate places are priced from £320 plus VAT. Book via the official CIH event page.
