Destination Southwest is the premier hosted-buyer event from Northstar Meetings Group for Southwest suppliers to connect with meeting professionals sourcing programs throughout the Southwest United States.
Qualified buyers participate in prescheduled one-on-one appointments with top hotels, CVBs, DMCs, venues, destinations, attractions, DMOs, technology providers, and tourism offices from Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Texas. The program includes targeted education from guest speakers, networking receptions, and experiential activities. Northstar fully hosts selected buyers with airfare allowance, accommodation, meals, and planned activities.
Suppliers showcase destinations, CVBs, DMCs, hotels, resorts, venues, and related services to elite planners actively sourcing meetings and incentive programs. Supplier registration includes prescheduled appointments, networking activities, and education sessions.
