FoodTech Herning 2028
FoodTech is Northern Europe's largest food technology trade fair, organised by MCH A/S and held every two years at MCH Messecenter Herning in Herning, Denmark. The 2026 edition (27-29 October 2026) closed with 286 exhibitors and 7,606 visitors, and the organiser has announced the next edition for 21-23 November 2028, open 09:00-16:00 on all three days.

The show brings together suppliers and buyers of food processing equipment, ingredients, packaging, hygiene and water technology. Activity areas include the EHEDG conference, the Packaging stage, the Water Stage, Food Life Science, the World of Beer programme, the Danish 3D Printing Championship and the International Food Contest (IFC).
