Salon du Chocolat Dubai 2026
Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai returns to Madinat Jumeirah - Madinat Arena in Dubai from 30 November to 2 December 2026, three days dedicated to chocolate, coffee, pastry and gelato. The organiser's current website confirms these dates and publishes a three-day programme with one Chocolate Fashion Show per day (Monday 30 November 16:00-17:00, Tuesday 1 December 18:00-19:00, Wednesday 2 December 18:00-19:00); the exhibition opens on 30 November at 15:00. An April 2026 press release had announced 22-24 September 2026 for the same fifth edition, and the show has since moved to the November-December dates.
The show is organised by HSME (Hospitality Services) and brings together professional chocolate tasters, chocolatiers, pastry chefs, authors, baristas and coffee professionals, plus thousands of consumers. The edition is forecast to welcome 6,000+ visitors and more than 120 exhibitors across 3,500 sqm of exhibition space, with over 360 brands represented.
Programme highlights include the Chocolate Fashion Show, the Pastry Show with chef workshops, live demonstrations in the Choco Demo area, The Talks sessions on sustainability and trends, amateur and professional competitions, the Coffee in Good Spirits championship, the Brew Bar and Salon du Chocolat Junior for children.
