The Sydney Retirement Village & Resort Expo 2027
The Sydney Retirement Village & Resort Expo is a free, two-day public exhibition devoted exclusively to retirement villages and Over 55s resorts in Australia. It is run by Dorsal Media and proudly sponsored by Lendlease, and is hosted at The Epping Club, 45-47 Rawson Street, Epping, New South Wales 2121.
The expo gives visitors a convenient opportunity to meet representatives of many different retirement villages and resorts under one roof, ask questions and gather information in a short period of time. Whether attendees are exploring Over 55s resort living themselves, or helping a parent, spouse or loved one look for independent living, assisted living or specialist care, the show is designed to compress weeks of research into a few hours of direct conversation with the operators who provide these communities.
Admission is free and no pre-registration is required. The next edition takes place over Sunday 17 and Monday 18 October 2027, with doors open from 10am to 3pm on both days. The Epping Club has its own multi-level car park for members and guests, with an additional large public car park a few doors down next to the local Coles supermarket.
The expo is one of a series of Retirement Village & Resort Expos staged throughout the year across Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Newcastle, the Sunshine Coast and regional centres, all under the same organiser.
