Alimentaria

Alimentaria is the international professional trade show for food, drinks and gastronomy, organised by Fira de Barcelona at the Gran Via venue. It is held every two years and is presented together with Hostelco, covering the food industry and hospitality equipment value chain.

The 2026 edition closed with more than 109,600 visitors and 3,300 exhibiting companies from about 70 countries, including a large international buyer programme.

The show is organised by product and channel areas, including wines and spirits, meat, dairy, grocery, olive oil, bakery and pastry, coffee, organic, foodservice (Restaurama / Horeca) and innovation spaces such as The Alimentaria Hub, Innoval, The Horeca Hub, The Coffee Stage, The Olive Oil Bar and related congresses.
