Meet NY is Metro NYSAE’s hosted-buyer hospitality event for the Northeast. It brings together association and nonprofit leaders, meeting and event professionals, convention representatives, corporate planners, and their hospitality and industry partners. The listing is this exhibition, not the association’s other education programs.
The next edition is a single day, Wednesday, February 17, 2027, at the New York Hilton Midtown. The organizer’s 2027 registration page lists the program as 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET, with a general session, trade-show hours from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., a reception, and a Broadway show from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. After the trade show, attendees go to the St. James Theatre. That theatre is part of the evening program, not the exhibition floor.
