The China (International) Condiments and Food Ingredients Expo 2026
The China (International) Condiments and Food Ingredients Expo (CFE) is the flagship annual trade fair of the China Condiment Association, first held in 2005 and endorsed by China's Ministry of Commerce for domestic trade.
The 22nd edition runs from 11 to 13 December 2026 at Area B of the China Import & Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. According to the organiser, the fair covers the entire condiment industry chain: traditional Chinese seasonings such as soy sauce, vinegar, fermented bean paste, chilli sauces and compound seasonings; imported and international ranges including Japanese, Thai and Western sauces, canned foods, cheese and dairy lines; bakery sauces; and food additives and ingredients such as acidulants, emulsifiers, flavourings, starches and yeasts.
The show is complemented by industry conferences on product innovation and sustainability, regional "Taste China" roadshows, new-product launches and targeted matchmaking events that connect manufacturers with chain-restaurant buyers, supermarket and convenience-store groups, e-commerce platforms, distributors and overseas buyers.
Attendance is open to trade visitors, and exhibitor and visitor registration is handled through the organiser's official website.
