Global Cultural-Travel & Accommodation Industry Expo 2027
The Global Cultural-Travel & Accommodation Industry Expo — widely known as the Global B&B (Susu) Expo — is organised by Kuaisu Culture Communication (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and supported by the 1% Club Resort Industry Research Institute and the Resort 1% Club judging committee. The seventh edition takes place on 28–30 May 2027 at the Shanghai Mart exhibition hall in Shanghai, China, and runs alongside the fourth World Rural Revitalization Resort Industry Expo and the Shanghai International Resort Industry Expo.
The event connects investors, property owners, brands and the full upstream and downstream supply chain of the cultural tourism and accommodation sector. After more than a decade of operation the organiser reports a database of over 650,000 industry contacts, 540+ speakers, 110,000+ CEOs from the lodging sector and more than 2,000 media partners, making it one of the largest supply-chain aggregation platforms for the resort and hospitality industry in China.
Five core sections structure the show: exhibitor trading and matchmaking; the Resort 1% Club Forum; the 1% Club 'Must-Sleep' Resort Guide; the 1% Club CEO networking dinner; and the Boutique Stay Carnival. Exhibits cover rural revitalization service providers and resort clusters, high-end resort and boutique hotel brands, architectural and interior design, prefabricated building solutions, smart hotel technology, hotel linens and soft furnishings, outdoor furniture, and wellness and spa equipment.
