Chongqing International Hotpot Ingredients & Supplies Exhibition 2027
The Chongqing International Hotpot Ingredients & Supplies Exhibition (HFE) is one of China's leading trade fairs for the hot pot restaurant industry, held in Chongqing, the country's self-styled "World Capital of Hot Pot". The 14th edition is scheduled for 7-9 May 2027 at the Chongqing International Convention & Exhibition Center, returning to the same venue where the previous edition drew around 750 exhibitors and 46,000 square meters of exhibition space.
Exhibits span the entire hot pot supply chain: frozen prepared foods, hot pot prepared products, frozen poultry and meat, seafood, meatballs and minced products, hot pot base seasonings, dipping sauces, broth seasonings, raw materials and food additives, as well as cookware and related equipment. A one-stop procurement platform for mid-to-high-end hot pot restaurants, catering chains, buyers and distributors in western China.
The event runs alongside sister shows covering hotel supplies and catering, and is organized by the HFE Organizing Committee with Beijing Hansen International Exhibition Co., Ltd. It serves as a meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, franchisors and sourcing teams looking for new seasonings, proteins and equipment innovations.
