Hospitality & Retail Tech 2027
Food & Hospitality Thailand (FHT) 2027 is the 33rd edition of Informa Markets' international trade event for food, drink and hospitality in Bangkok. It runs 15–18 September 2027 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Hall 1–4, G Floor, daily 10:00–18:00. The theme is "Crafting the Future of Food & Hospitality Business."
Hospitality & Retail Tech is one of eight industry-focused zones, presenting point-of-sale systems, payment platforms, hotel property-management and guest-experience technologies, smart retail solutions and digital tools for restaurants, hotels and retail chains. Other zones include Food & Drinks, Cafe & Bakery, Sips & Spirits, Foodservice Equipment, Hospitality Style, Packaging and Cleaning Supplies & Equipment.
FHT is co-located with Hotel & Shop Plus Thailand and HOTELEX Thailand and forms part of Thai Tourism & Hospitality Week. On-site programmes include Thailand's International Culinary Cup (TICC), the 2027 World Fashion Drinks Competition – Thailand Division, Thailand Hotel Bartenders' Championship and Thailand Chocorista Championship, plus seminars and workshops. The exhibition is open to trade visitors only; visitors under 16 and the general public are not admitted.
