China Innovative Food Conference & Greater Bay Area Food Expo (GFE)

The 7th edition of the China Innovative Food Conference — also called the Chuangshi Expo — will take place December 18-20, 2026 at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center in Houjie, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Now in its 7th year, the event has grown into a Greater Bay Area innovation platform for the bakery and snack food full industry chain. The 2026 edition is co-located with the 4th Dongguan Enterprises and Dongguan Products Trade Fair, running simultaneously in the same venue to create a one-stop sourcing platform.
