Gluten Free Prague Expo is the sales exhibition of gluten-free foods held together with the Celiac Forum (Fórum celiaků), organized by Společnost pro bezlepkovou dietu (Gluten-Free Diet Society) at celiak.cz. The society traditionally schedules the event around International Celiac Day.

The next announced edition is Saturday 15 May 2027 at PVA EXPO Praha, exhibition hall 8 (Beranových 667, Prague 9). The program combines an expert conference under the theme "Celiac disease is not just a health problem" with the Gluten Free Prague Expo trade floor, where manufacturers, importers, and retailers present gluten-free products for tasting and purchase. A children’s theatre program by Ilegumova divadelní společnost is planned, and exhibitors can apply via [email protected].
