The Northeast IFT Food Industry Expo is the signature annual gathering of the Northeast Section of the Institute of Food Technologists (NEIFT). Food science professionals, suppliers, and industry partners meet for technical sessions, supplier exhibits, networking, and product discovery.

The 2027 edition is scheduled for Wednesday, May 12, 2027, at the DCU Center, 50 Foster Street, Worcester, Massachusetts. According to the official IFT event listing, doors open at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Technical sessions run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with free admission, followed by supplier exhibits from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., also free for attendees.
