Folk by the Oak is a one-day, family-friendly folk festival staged in the leafy parkland of Hatfield Park, the Hatfield House estate in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

The 2026 edition was held on Sunday 19 July 2026 at Hatfield Park. The organisers have confirmed that the festival will return to the same venue on Sunday 18 July 2027, and visitors can sign up to the official newsletter for early access to 2027 tickets.

Recent editions have presented 12 bands across 2 stages, drawing headline names from the British folk scene, alongside a makers and creators market, festival feasting, family activities and The Grove area. The festival also runs a long-standing fundraising partnership with the Willow Foundation charity.
