Taiwan International Architecture & Design Exhibition 2027
The Taiwan International Architecture & Design Exhibition (台北建材展 / 台灣國際建築‧建材‧廚具空間設計展) is organised by Top-Link International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (上聯國際展覽有限公司) together with the Taiwan Sustainable Green Building Alliance, the Taiwan Green Building Industry Development Association, the Taiwan Sustainable & Healthy Building Association, the National Cheng Kung University Green Building Materials Alliance and Sunny Integrated Marketing Co. The 2027 edition is held from 14 to 17 May 2027 (Friday to Monday), open 10:00-18:00, at the Taipei World Trade Center (台北世貿), No. 5, Section 5, Xinyi Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City 110, Taiwan. The show is built on the theme "Architecture of the Future, Smart Living" and links three pillars: green building, smart technology and AI-driven sustainability. Six exhibition trends are highlighted: AIoT smart-home applications, same-floor drainage systems, floor impact-sound performance, cross-disciplinary space design combining art and interiors, passive-house construction (high-performance insulation, airtightness, triple glazing, heat-recovery ventilation), and circular/carbon-reducing building materials. Eight exhibition content areas cover smart living technology, sustainable materials, building-system integration, light and visual aesthetics, health and purification equipment, age-friendly spatial design, kitchen cabinetry and bathroom equipment, and soft furnishings and interior art. The event brings together architects, interior designers, building-material suppliers, industry professionals and brand exhibitors, with trend forums and design lectures alongside the exhibition halls.
