From the Ground Up (FTGU) is an annual 100% British Columbia food & beverage trade show, organized by Good to Grow Products. It connects local BC food and beverage brands with multi-market channel buyers and industry experts. The 2027 edition runs May 12–13, 2027 at the PNE Forum in Vancouver, BC: May 12 is the Exhibitor Conference and May 13 is the industry-only Trade Show. Launched in 2019, FTGU added an exhibitor conference in 2020 and Sprout Street (a new-to-market brand aisle) in 2026. It is Canada's first zero-waste sampling trade show, supported by Sustainability Partner ShareWares, and showcases BC processors, producers, and the province's food landscape.
