Slow Wine Fair — listed in the CMS as "Independent Winegrowers Protagonists" — is the international fair for good, clean and fair wine, organised by BolognaFiere with the concept by Slow Food. The sixth edition returns to BolognaFiere, Bologna, Italy from 21 to 23 February 2027, bringing together more than 1,000 wineries from Italy and around the world alongside the Slow Wine Coalition. The fair features tastings, masterclasses and conferences on sustainable viticulture, biodiversity and the social role of wine, running concurrently with SANA Food.
