About the event

The Retail Packaging Association returns to Las Vegas for the 2027 RPA Showcase at Caesars Palace, site of the association’s 3rd Showcase. Official copy describes an intimate, focused format with tabletop exhibits, networking among manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors, the RPA Industry Awards Ceremony, opening reception, breakfast, lunch, and closing happy hour. Conference and showcase are unified in the Neapolitan Rooms.

Who attends / exhibits

  • Suppliers & value partners: Limited 6' tabletop exhibit space; exhibitor prospectus available on the showcase floor-plan page. Only exhibitors may compete for Supplier of the Year and New Product Competition awards. Supplier and Value Partner members must secure a booth to attend.
  • Distributors & manufacturer representatives: Registration stated open on RPA news (14 Sep 2026): first person from a company $200; each additional $100 (team rate through 31 Jan 2027 per that announcement).
