Rauch&Glut – BBQ Lifestyle Messe Freiburg (7th edition)

Rauch&Glut (the row title uses the English-looking "Smoke&Glut"; the organiser's own branding is Rauch&Glut) is a consumer BBQ / grilling lifestyle fair held at Messe Freiburg in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. It is timed for spring as the start of the German grilling season.

Special features: the Glut&Gründer area for young start-ups and manufactories with handmade BBQ products; the Grillboulevard in front of the halls with food and live demonstrations; an extensive supporting programme of grill shows, talks, hands-on competitions, cigar seminars and tastings, plus lounge areas open into the evening; and the GBA Landes-Grillmeisterschaft Baden-Württemberg (regional grilling championship).
