Light and health are gaining in popularity, and this is creating new opportunities for manufacturers and retailers. The ALA Better Light, Better Sleep Program was developed by ALA in collaboration with The Light and Health Research Center of the Ichan School of Medicine Mount Sinai. The program's goal is to educate and support ALA member manufacturers as they develop products that are effective at regulating circadian rhythms.
