Caminos y Sabores (El Gran Mercado Argentino) is Argentina's premier food and gastronomy market, bringing together more than 500 producers and entrepreneurs, 40 invited chefs and around 100,000 visitors. The 20th edition will be held July 8-11, 2027 at BA Ferial (ex Costa Salguero), Av. Costanera Rafael Obligado 1221, Ciudad de Buenos Aires. The fair features themed culinary trails, masterclasses, tastings and a producers' guide, celebrating Argentine food culture across the country.
