The Deli, Dairy & Bakery, Spring Session 2027

The Deli, Dairy & Bakery, Spring Session is an ECRM EPPS program that connects retail buyers with suppliers through pre-scheduled, private meetings focused on perimeter-of-store categories.

Buyers from grocery, drug, mass, club, convenience, dollar, and discount channels review deli meats and charcuterie, specialty cheeses, prepared foods, dairy and plant-based alternatives, and in-store bakery programs—including ready-to-sell shelf-stable items, thaw-and-serve products, and bakery programs. Both national brands and private label offerings are in scope.

The Spring 2027 edition runs April 12–14, 2027 in Las Vegas, Nevada at Horseshoe Las Vegas. ECRM pairs participants based on categories, capabilities, and buyer objectives so both sides can efficiently evaluate products, discuss programs, and plan next steps.
