Florida Encounter is one of VISIT FLORIDA’s signature, appointment-based trade shows for qualified hosted meeting professionals. The official site lists the next edition as Florida Encounter 27 on January 24–26, 2027 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida (three-day program). Registration for this edition is offered through the event’s Converve platform; VISIT FLORIDA notes registration opens September 23, 2026.

During the show, pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments connect planners with Florida destinations and suppliers including CVBs, resorts, hotels, convention centers, DMCs, and service companies. Attendees can manage appointments, messaging, and profiles via the Encounter dashboard on the official event site.
