The East Texas Wedding Extravaganza is a two-day bridal and wedding planning showcase founded and hosted by Kristi McDonald, bringing together 35+ local vendors across venues, catering, florals, planners, gowns, DJs, and photographers. The next edition takes place January 22–23, 2027 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Tyler, Texas. The program features a VIP Friday-night preview (6–8 PM), a full Saturday expo (early entry 12:00 PM), live fashion shows, a digital wedding planning toolkit, an AI wedding planner, and show-day-only vendor discounts. The first 100 brides through the door receive a swag bag, and all tickets admit the bride plus one guest. Past editions have been held at the Historic Texan Theater in Kilgore and as summer showcases, confirming the brand's active annual rotation across East Texas.
