Riyadh Travel Fair (RTF) is Saudi Arabia's established B2B travel and tourism exhibition, bringing tourism boards and destinations, airlines, hotel and resort chains, tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, cruise lines, medical and luxury travel specialists and travel technology providers together with the Saudi market. The fair began in 2009 and returns for its fifteenth edition on 23-25 March 2027 at The Arena Riyadh Venue for Exhibitions, a recently opened exhibition venue in the north of the city next to Granada Mall and about ten minutes from King Khalid International Airport.

Three days of B2B meetings between exhibitors and qualified buyers, supported by a Hosted Buyers programme and a pre-scheduled appointments portal.

Target exhibitor categories include ministries and tourism authorities, national and international destinations, higher education institutions, airlines, cruise lines, travel agencies, tour operators, ticketing agents, hotel and resort chains, heritage and wellness hotels, spas, adventure, sports and eco-tourism operators, theme parks and entertainment venues, car rental and transport, financial companies, tourism publications and digital solution providers.

Stand rates published in the official RTF 2027 profile: shell scheme SAR 2,000 per square metre (name board fascia, counter with logo, table and chairs, aluminium panel walls, electric supply); space only SAR 1,875 per square metre. Availability, minimum stand size, taxes and final inclusions are confirmed by the organising team.

Previous edition

The 2024 edition took place on 27-29 May 2024 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center with 17,130 visitors, more than 250 exhibitors from 25 countries and 13 tourism boards. These are historical results from the 2024 show report and are separate from the 2027 edition.

The Arena Riyadh Venue for Exhibitions, Riyadh - around ten minutes from King Khalid International Airport and next to Granada Mall, with parking, hotels, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area. Opening hours and detailed visitor information for the 2027 edition have not yet been published by the RTF team.
