Futura Expo

Futura Expo is Italy's largest expo dedicated to sustainability, the ecological transition and the transformation of cities and productive systems. It is organised by the Brescia Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio di Brescia) and Pro Brixia, the Chamber's special agency, and is staged at the Brixia Forum exhibition centre in Brescia, Lombardy.

Next edition: 18-20 April 2027

The fourth edition runs from 18 to 20 April 2027 at the Brixia Forum, Via Caprera 5, Brescia. Its theme is "Secondary Cities: Building a Sustainable Future" - how medium-sized cities can work as competitive, livable and replicable urban models for the ecological transition, and how companies can showcase technological solutions for urban regeneration.

The edition is guided by a national Scientific Committee chaired by Maurizio Tira, together with Francesca Bazoli, Maurizio Martina, Renato Mazzoncini, Carlos Moreno, Carlo Ratti and Marina Salamon.

Exhibition concept

The 2027 layout was designed by AntiMeridian Design Consultancy as "a city to explore": a central boulevard leads visitors through themed districts covering how we will live, how we will move, how we will work and consume, how we will eat, and identity and cultural heritage, plus dedicated areas for innovation and younger generations. Previous editions have obtained carbon-neutral certification for their stand setup.

Past editions

The first edition was held in October 2022, the second in October 2023 and the third on 7-9 March 2025, which drew more than 30,000 visitors across 120-plus exhibitors, 270 meetings and experiences. The 2025 edition ran from 9:00 to 20:00 at the Brixia Forum.

Admission is free of charge; visitors register through the MY FUTURA community platform.
