2027 MREA Annual Meeting, Reception, and Tradeshow
Minnesota Rural Electric Association (MREA) hosts its 86th Annual Meeting on Tuesday–Wednesday, 23–24 February 2027 at InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront, 11 E Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55101.
Listed programming hours: Tuesday 08:00–15:00 and Wednesday 08:00–12:00 (CST). Agenda is subject to change.

- Monday 22 Feb: NRECA BLC 909.1 Effective Governance in the Face of Crisis, 08:00–16:00.
- Tuesday 23 Feb: breakfast 06:30, registration 07:00, Legislative Day in the MN Ballroom from 08:00, bus service to the Capitol from 10:00 (last bus returning 16:20). Membership Reception & Vendor Trade Show 16:30–18:00 in the Great River Ballroom.
- Wednesday 24 Feb: breakfast 06:30, registration 07:00, district caucuses 07:30, MREA business meeting from 08:00 (chair’s address, CFC/NRECA/CoBank updates, resolutions, Touchstone Award, MREA updates). Adjourn 12:00.
Vendors may network with member co-op CEOs, directors and managers at the Tuesday reception (16:30–18:00). Hotel booking link was listed as coming soon. A $50 late registration fee applies to anyone registering within two weeks of published event dates. Contact Amanda Meredith, [email protected].
