NCRA Conference & Expo 2027
The 2027 NCRA Conference & Expo, themed "The Heart of the Record", is the annual conference and expo of the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) for court reporters, captioners and legal videographers. The three-day event runs August 5-7, 2027 at the Loews Kansas City Hotel, 1515 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108, which is connected by skybridge to the Kansas City Convention Center in downtown Kansas City. The programme offers more than 60 educational sessions across technology in practice, professional growth and community networking, and attendees can earn up to 1.425 CEUs including the keynote session, with preconference sessions awarding an additional 0.3-0.4 CEU each. The conference typically draws more than 600 court reporting professionals together with an exhibitor and sponsor hall. The call for presentations is open, with proposals due by December 31, 2026, and the 2027 sponsorship and exhibitor prospectus is coming soon. Registration and hotel booking open in spring 2027.
