Retail Property Marketplace 2027
Retail Property Marketplace 2027
Retail Property Marketplace is Australia's dedicated retail leasing and property event, organised by connexU. The 2027 edition runs for one day on 22 September 2027, 9am–5pm, at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West, The Rocks, Sydney NSW.
What the event is
Expanding retail, leisure and hospitality brands meet the landlords, shopping centre owners, developers, agents and tenant representatives that hold available space. The day is built around pre-booked 25-minute 1-to-1 meetings, supported by a conference programme on the decisions shaping retail property and store expansion, plus floor networking.
Retail brands attend by invitation on a complimentary pass; landlords, agents and suppliers exhibit or sponsor, taking a meeting area or sponsorship package. One registration covers every co-located event.
Co-located events
Retail Property Marketplace runs on the same day and under the same roof as two sister connexU events:
- Ecommerce Marketplace — connecting retailers with ecommerce technology providers, from marketplace platforms to fulfilment.
- Retail Tech Marketplace — connecting retailers with in-store technology providers, from POS and payments to loss prevention.
Retailers who sell both in store and online can cover all three events in one trip.
Scale (organiser figures)
- 500+ attending retailers
- 983 1-to-1 meetings held in a single day
- 3 co-located retail events
