Beverage, Winter Session is an Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing (ECRM) EPPS program held in person. Suppliers of shelf-stable and refrigerated beverages—including sports and nutritional drinks, water, carbonated soft drinks, kombucha, juice, ready-to-drink coffee and tea, functional beverages, and natural or organic beverages—present new items and promotional opportunities to buyers from retail channels across North America.

ECRM pairs buyers and sellers based on categories, capabilities, and buyer objectives. The session includes pre-scheduled meetings, networking functions, and educational opportunities. ECRM describes itself as a worldwide standard for connecting retailers and suppliers, with a performance guarantee focused on guaranteed buyer connections, brand exposure, and category insights.
