International Property Show

The 23rd edition of IPS (International Property Show) takes place 12–14 April 2027 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The organiser describes it as the Middle East's largest international property sales event and a global real estate marketplace.

Over three days, exhibitors, developers, investors and other professionals meet to showcase projects and conduct business. IPS 2027 presents offers from developers, banks, legal firms, agents and auction houses as a one-stop marketplace for buyers.

The programme includes pillars such as IPS Real Estate, IPS Future Cities, IPS Startups & Proptech, IPS Design and IPS Services, plus hubs and zones including the Developers Launch Hub, Investors Hub, Financing & Mortgage Zone, MOU Signing Zone, and the IPS Awards & Gala Dinner.
