SIGEP WORLD is the flagship international foodservice exhibition held in Rimini from 23 to 27 January 2027. It gathers professionals from the gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery and pizza sectors, offering dedicated exhibition areas for each category. The fair also features SIGEP Vision (AI‑enhanced podcast and trend insights), a Start‑Up Village, the Lorenzo Cagnoni Award, a Sustainability District, and special thematic projects and competitions.
