IFJAG (International Fashion Jewelry and Accessory Group) is a not-for-profit, member-owned association of manufacturers, designers, and importers. Founded in April 1997, it presents fashion jewelry, stainless steel and sterling silver jewelry, and accessories such as watches, handbags, belts, scarves, and hair accessories in private hotel showrooms rather than an open convention-hall floor.

Buyers include wholesalers, volume retailers, department stores, gift shops, and independent boutiques. The Las Vegas show is held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Hotel. A later 2027 Las Vegas edition in August is listed as to be announced. IFJAG also lists a Charlotte, North Carolina exhibition in May 2027.
