WOFEX Manila (World Food Expo) 2027 takes place 4-7 August 2027 across three venues in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines: SMX Convention Center, SMXCITE (SMX Center for International Trade and Exhibitions) and the World Trade Center Metro Manila.

WOFEX is the biggest and most effective food trade show in the Philippines, running for more than 20 years and drawing the country's food and hospitality trade together into one sourcing marketplace. The 2027 edition expands from its two customary venues to three, with curated halls covering the Fine Foods exhibition (local and international food products), FoodPack Pro (baking, food processing, packaging, manufacturing, handling and cold chain) and Foodserve (beverages, coffee, tea, foodservice equipment and HORECA solutions). A Frozen Food Zone features meat, poultry and frozen food suppliers.

The show is also home to the Philippine Culinary Cup, the only locally staged WorldChefs-certified culinary competition, plus WOFEX University seminars and learning sessions run by industry practitioners, and live Kitchen Theater demonstrations.
