ACDM27: Oslo

The 2027 ACDM Annual Conference (ACDM27) takes place 14–16 March 2027 at Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport (Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport), Hans Gaarders veg 15, 2060 Gardermoen, Norway — less than ten minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen and about 20 minutes from central Oslo by train.

Organised by the Association for Clinical Data Management, ACDM27 is the annual gathering for clinical data management professionals. The programme includes speakers, workshops and panel discussions. Sunday 14 March includes the Outstanding Oslo networking tour plus welcome receptions; the main conference runs 15–16 March, with a conference dinner.

Bookings are open. Early bird ends 11 December 2026. ACDM members receive discounted fees. Prices exclude Norwegian VAT.

  • Full Conference Package (member €1,245 / standard €1,370): 2 nights hotel (14 & 15 March), 2 conference days, Sunday networking and receptions, conference dinner

Call for abstracts

Oral presentations and poster display. Deadline 4 September 2026. Posters must be A0 portrait and not overly commercial; suggested topics include data governance, AI, data literacy, innovation in RBDM, and what’s next in CDM.

Getting there

Parking is about 200 metres from the hotel (hourly 35 NOK; overnight 150 NOK), with Type 2 EV charging on site. Delegate rooms booked through the ACDM27 booking system are assigned by the organisers (hotel check-in 15:00, check-out 12:00).
