North-East Build Expo 2026
The North-East Build Expo, held at Sarusajai Stadium in Guwahati, Assam from 4‑6 December 2026, is the region’s largest trade fair for building materials, construction, architecture and design. Over 200 exhibitors will showcase a broad spectrum of products including bricks, fly‑ash bricks, sanitary ware, cement, fiber‑cement, various concrete types, reinforced concrete, doors, windows, steel TMT bars, stone, marble, granite, LED lighting, aluminium, hardware, fittings and adhesives. The expo emphasizes sustainable construction with eco‑friendly materials and energy‑efficient designs, and features live demonstrations of advanced machinery such as woodworking equipment. A comprehensive educational conference offers more than 60 specialist presentations, notably on tunnel construction and planning. Attendees range from architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, civil engineers, government officials, traders, investors, academics and media, providing extensive networking, product promotion, export opportunities and technology transfer within the fast‑growing North‑East Indian market.
