Decorated Apparel Expo - Kansas City 2027
The Decorated Apparel Expo (DAX) returns to the KCI Expo Center in Kansas City for its 2027 edition, Friday 19 and Saturday 20 February 2027.
Venue: KCI Expo Center, 11730 North Ambassador Drive, Kansas City, MO, USA. Show hours: Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM; attendee admission is free. The trade floor opens at 10:00 a.m. on both days, with an exhibitor set-up day on Wednesday 18 February 2027, a free attendee breakfast, and a free happy hour on Friday evening.
DAX is the premier trade show for screen printing, embroidery, heat-applied graphics, direct-to-garment and direct-to-film, bringing together decorators, promotional product distributors and equipment and blanks suppliers. The 2027 Kansas City edition includes education seminars, exhibitor specials and a full exhibitor list. A hotel block is available at the Holiday Inn KCI Airport, attached to the expo center, at a negotiated rate.
This is the next edition of the Kansas City show, following the 20-21 February 2026 and 21-22 February 2025 editions held at the same venue.
