NMEDA Conference & Expo 2027
The NMEDA Conference & Expo is the annual gathering of the adaptive mobility industry, organized by the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) with the co-location of the Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists (ADED). Exhibitors and sponsors showcase wheelchair-accessible vehicles, lifts, seating, securements, hand controls and other adaptive equipment to mobility dealers, manufacturers, clinicians, allied health professionals, technicians and vocational rehabilitation personnel. This trade show was long branded the Auto Mobility Expo (automobilityexpo.com), the shared exhibition floor of the co-located ADED and NMEDA annual conferences; the AME-branded site is no longer updated and still shows the 2024 edition in Kansas City, while the producer's own conference site and official exhibitor prospectus publish the current edition. 2027 edition: 22-24 January 2027 at Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, Florida, under the theme 'Ignite Mobility', with NMEDA pre-conference sessions on 21-22 January. Exhibit hall hours: Friday 22 January 6:00-9:00 PM (Expo Grand Opening), Saturday 23 January 12:00-3:30 PM (hall open with lunch and product demos) and Sunday 24 January 8:30-11:00 AM (hall open). Registration opened in September 2026 with early-bird pricing ending 11 December 2026, and exhibitors reserve booths at nmeda2027.vfairs.com.
