FORST live – Germany's Largest Forestry Demonstration Show
FORST live is an annual demonstration show held at the Offenburg Exhibition Grounds, featuring over 360 exhibitors from 16 countries across 46,000 m² of outdoor space and 11,000 m² of indoor space. Visitors can experience machinery and technology in action in a practical setting.
Main Exhibit Categories
- Forestry & Forestry Technology: Timber harvesting, forest management, timber processing, transport technology, surveying, occupational safety, and digital solutions.
- Renewable Energies: Biomass heating systems, wood gasification boilers, wood-burning stoves, photovoltaics, solar thermal energy, energy storage, and wind power consulting.
- Hunting: Equipment for hunting and wildlife observation, modern optics, thermal imaging, and night vision technology.
FORST live Congress
Under the motto “The future of forestry – knowledge meets practice,” the congress features keynotes and discussions on forest conversion, energy, technology, and sustainability, fostering exchange between business, science, and practice.
Excursion Program
Since 2025, an excursion program provides practical insights into typical Black Forest areas, complementing the exhibition experience.
Wald.Dialog.Zukunft Conference
Hosted in collaboration with the Baden-Württemberg Forestry Chamber and Cooperative Association at the EDEKA Arena, focusing on sustainable, climate-positive forest use under the motto “Our forests can do more.”
