Suppliers Night is a two‑day Food Industry Expo hosted by IFT Florida at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando. The program kicks off on March 24, 2027 with a golf outing and short‑course seminars (8:45 am‑11:00 am) followed by the expo floor opening (1:00 pm‑5:30 pm). On March 25, 2027 the main Suppliers Night event runs, featuring the expo floor, exhibitor showcases, and a networking reception with hors d'oeuvres. The expo highlights a broad range of food‑industry categories, including processing equipment, ingredient suppliers, packaging solutions, food safety and quality technologies, and innovative product development services.
